By installing or using Suparank ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. Description of Software

Suparank is a set of open-source AI-powered SEO skills for Claude Code. The skills run locally on your machine and provide tools for keyword research, content writing, optimization, and publishing.

3. Installation

To use Suparank, install it from github.com/egebese/suparank. No account registration is required. You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your system meets the minimum requirements
  • Maintaining the security of your local environment and any credentials you configure
  • Keeping the software up to date

4. Open-Source License

Suparank is released under the MIT License. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the software in accordance with the license terms. The full license text is available in the GitHub repository.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Software to:

  • Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware or engage in hacking activities
  • Generate content that promotes hate, violence, or illegal activities

6. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create using the Software.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by AI through the Software is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of all generated content before publication.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Software integrates with third-party platforms including:

  • WordPress and Ghost for publishing
  • AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) for content generation
  • Image generation services (fal.ai)
  • SEO data providers for keyword research

Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Local Data Storage

The Suparank skills store certain data locally on your machine (in ~/.suparank/), including:

  • Configuration files
  • Third-party credentials (WordPress passwords, CMS API keys)
  • Session data and saved content

This local data never leaves your machine unless you explicitly publish or sync it. You are responsible for securing your local environment.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for verifying and editing all content before use.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AUTHORS AND CONTRIBUTORS OF SUPARANK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

11. Termination

You may stop using Suparank at any time by uninstalling the software and removing the ~/.suparank/ directory from your machine. There are no ongoing obligations after uninstallation.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published in the GitHub repository. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
