These terms set out the rules for using Suparank's website and chat-first AI SEO/GEO product (the "Service"). By accessing or using Suparank, you agree to be bound by these terms and any policies referenced within them, including our Privacy Policy.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you are using Suparank for an organization, on behalf of that organization.

Description of the service

Suparank is a chat-first AI SEO/GEO tool. It measures how AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity describe and cite your brand, runs technical and GEO audits of your site, and, where you connect them, uses your Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Bing Webmaster Tools data to ground its answers and recommendations. Suparank does not perform search-engine rank tracking.

Accounts and eligibility

You sign in to Suparank with a Google account via OAuth. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information associated with your account and for any activity that occurs under it. The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to anyone under 16 years old.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are sold and billed by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar is the seller of the subscription and processes your payment, meaning Polar, not Suparank, appears on your card statement and is responsible for tax collection and remittance on the sale. New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required to start. Paid subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring basis until cancelled. Refunds are handled according to Polar's standard refund process; contact [email protected] if you have a billing issue and we'll help resolve it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no attempting to circumvent usage limits or security controls, no reverse-engineering the product, no using the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, and no interfering with the Service's availability or integrity for other users.

Your data and connected accounts

You own the domains, URLs, chat content, and workspace data you add to Suparank. When you connect a Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, or Bing Webmaster Tools account, you grant Suparank permission to access that account's data through its API for as long as the connection is active, solely to provide the Service to you. You can disconnect any connected account at any time from your workspace settings, which stops further access.

Intellectual property

Suparank owns the Service, including its software, design, and underlying technology. You own the content and artifacts you create using the Service, such as your chat conversations, reports, and generated content plans, subject to the rights you've granted us above to operate the Service.

AI-generated output

Suparank uses third-party AI models to generate chat responses, audit findings, and content artifacts. This output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it or publishing it.

No guaranteed outcomes

Suparank helps you measure and improve how AI assistants and search engines describe and cite your brand, but we do not guarantee any specific ranking, citation, or traffic outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including how third-party AI models and search engines behave.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Suparank will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Suparank harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or misuse the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
